This research study for Trip Advisor presents analyses on 4 loading interfaces, used for a long wait loading technique: Skeleton loading, Percent indicator + Static Animation, Percent indicator + Quotation, Percent indicator + Background task. Within the study, 16 participants have been given the 4 loading interfaces, embedded in a scenario. Results show frustration evaluation, connection to Time-perception, and Perceived Quality of Experience (QoE).
